For customers who require winter storage, we offer winter seasonal storage which includes tune-ups and cleaning for only $139.

 We offer sales of both Fredrick and Danby units, both sleeve and upright models. Our prices are based on the model and size of the unit you wish to purchase. 

Our installation service is available for all apartment complexes ranging from high rise to three story walk-ups. The cost of our installation services are $65 and up plexi glass and HST.

We also remove unwanted appliances for all building managers free of charge.
